- We provide our employees with training opportunities and various certification courses so that they can maximize full professional advancement and safety compliance mode. These courses are OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 hours and Site Safety Certification classes.
- After 6 months of employment- Our mechanics are provided with 16hrs Limited Gas Qualification Certification classes.
- After 5 years- our mechanics are prepared and given the opportunity to obtain Journeyman Plumber license.
- We champion our employees to obtain their F-60 (Certificate of Fitness for Fire Guard for Torch Operations), S-12 (Certificate of Fitness for City-Wide Sprinkler Systems), G-60 (Certificate of Fitness for Torch Use of Flammable Gases), and S-13 (Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Standpipe Systems).
